Our Story

From Struggling MSP to Industry Partner

In 2022, our founders were running a 12-person MSP in the Pacific Northwest. They had great clients, strong retention — and a support team that was completely burned out from after-hours tickets. Hiring another engineer meant $80,000 a year in fully-loaded cost for coverage that was only needed 40% of the time.

They searched for a white-label support partner. What they found was offshore desks with poor communication, generic ticketing that clients saw through immediately, and zero integration with their PSA. So they built their own.

In 2025, they launched InfraNimbus Tech — a white-label support operation purpose-built for MSPs, by people who had lived the problem. Word spread. Within two years they had 100 partners. Today, the platform serves 500+ MSPs across 38 countries.
